Clean, accessible with
no hassle.

Dining areas need work.

The room was clean and comfortable. Especially the bathroom. Except there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. The restaurant was kind of shabby , with slow service.

The hotel was clean. There were some construction/renovations going on at the time of our stay, but it did not interfere with our comfort levels. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Free continental breakfas, amazing restaurant, so cozy.

When we arrived there was a police car on the parking lot and a few shady characters.

Overall this was a great stay, the staff are extremely friendly. not sure about the area as I'm not familiar with Waterville and were simply driving through.

It was close to my sons school.

You have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool.

Typical 1960s era Holiday Inn. Clean, functional and efficient. No real frills but I didn't pay for frills. The common spaces are a bit dated and the many renovations/additions over the years make the layout awkward and over priced. ...read more

It was very old and run down.

I think this hotel is way over priced for the value received. If I had paid full price instead of using Priceline I would have been very disappointed.

Front desk help was very helpful.

Curtains held together with duct
tape, shower ran all night, bugs, walls were so thin that everything could be heard.

Not the best place I've ever stayed in. Curtains patched with duct tape. Shower wouldn't shut off. Killed 2 bugs in the room. Walls so thin that all hallway noise came into room.

Convenient, inexpensive, pet friendly and large rooms.

A bit outdated - mostly the TV.

Hotel was excellent. Very accommodating, nice big and clean rooms. Very quiet and really convenient off the highway. Pet friendly which is a huge bonus.
